Synthax is an add-on that is not available yet: a business agent the founder and board will steer. He is designed to carry objectives, strategy and portfolio direction, watch for opportunities in the business's own data, and delegate through Praxis into the same checked and logged work every other agent does — autonomy inside the guardrails.

What does the platform license include?
Eight governed agents (Praxis plus Argus, Mentor, Herald, Atlas, Bastion, Darwin, and Quill), work the AI team is designed to plan, once it launches (coming), a shared view of your business data (each business's data is kept separate in Business Nexus), and messaging — with 1M agent tokens and 1 seat included monthly. Owners and administrators can review a log of who changed what and when. Governance checks and the AI team are coming.
What does Synthax include?
Planned: the Synthax CEO agent (objectives, strategy, opportunity framing), the board/founder steering surface, Synthax-driven Praxis delegation, and the Synthax opportunity loop, with 10M tokens included monthly, once Synthax is available.
How is agent usage beyond the included quota billed?
Per million tokens, at the provider's own list rates. Current rates for the default agent model are shown in the pricing cards above, and other models are billed at their own list rates.
Can I use Synthax without the platform?
No. Synthax will run on the Business Nexus platform: the agents, checks, and data surface are part of the platform license, and Synthax will require it.
