He will frame objectives and strategy from your business's own data, commission the governed agents to execute, surface opportunities and risks, and ask you (the board) only for the direction that is genuinely yours to give, including requesting new databases when growth demands it (designed). How Business Nexus pricing fits together
What is the difference between Business Nexus and Synthax?
The Business Nexus platform is the governed AI team — the agents, the checks on what they do, the data surface (each business's data is kept separate in Business Nexus), and messaging. Synthax, coming, will be the autonomous business agent on top: the CEO agent the founder/board will steer. It will require the platform license. Synthax will bill separately.
What does the platform license include?
Eight governed agents (Praxis plus Argus, Mentor, Herald, Atlas, Bastion, Darwin, and Quill), work the AI team is designed to plan, once it launches (coming), a shared view of your business data (each business's data is kept separate in Business Nexus), and messaging — with 1M agent tokens and 1 seat included monthly. Owners and administrators can review a log of who changed what and when. Governance checks and the AI team are coming.
What does Synthax include?
Planned: the Synthax CEO agent (objectives, strategy, opportunity framing), the board/founder steering surface, Synthax-driven Praxis delegation, and the Synthax opportunity loop, with 10M tokens included monthly, once Synthax is available.
How is agent usage beyond the included quota billed?
Per million tokens, at the provider's own list rates. Current rates for the default agent model are shown in the pricing cards above, and other models are billed at their own list rates.
